Complete Genomics Analysis Tools 1.8.0 Readme

CGA Tools is an open source project to provide tools for downstream
analysis of Complete Genomics data.  The CGA Tools source code, as
well as precompiled binaries for Linux and Mac OS X are available from
SourceForge.  The source code can be compiled and run on Linux, Unix,
or Mac OS X systems. 


Installation

For detailed install instructions, please see cgatools-user-guide.pdf,
included in the CGA Tools release.


Tested Environments

cgatools was tested on these platforms:

* GCC 4.1.1 on CentOS with cmake 2.8, boost 1.46.1, python 2.4.3. 
* GCC 4.2.1 on Mac OS X 10.6.0 with cmake 2.8.2, boost 1.46.1, python
  2.6.1.
